| I think we found the house we want. I like it and Amy likes it too! Hooray! Now all we have to do is buy it before someone else does. Easy, right?
It's in a really quiet neighborhood with great investment value. The main floor is covered in tiles, like a spanish style home. The downstairs is ready to have a bar and full bathroom put into it. It's spacious and well designed. I'll post pictures of it if we buy it. If we don't buy this one, I'll be pretty disheartened since at this point we've probably looked at 30 homes. I just want this ordeal to be over with so we can move in and live in a good home.

| So we're looking for a house. I'm really, really, REALLY, tired of renting apartments. I've come to the conclusion that moving out to LA is, for now, on hold. I can't rationalize moving out there without something solid to be waiting for me. Since only robots and cannibals work in LA, I'm going to have to wait till after my cyborg implementation. It's a bit stressful. I'm getting pressured from different angles to do different things. Luckily, my wife and I are a united front against the oppressive machine.
We also want a dog. I'm thinking bigger dogs. No lappy dogs for me. Shepherd mixes seem like a good rescue. We're going to wait until after the move though. No dog would fit in this apartment. With two people and two cats living in under 1000sq ft. we're a little cramped as it is.
If you like music and aren't an elitist, you should listen to Redcar. Not to be confused with the eighty other bands with Red and Car in their name. Redcar - Can't be Stopped is the name of their album. It's dancey and quiet all at once. Fantastic music.

| Here's a brief update into my world here in stressville. My job is going great, my marriage is doing fine everything is normal. Except one thing..
My little brother Matthew has been in the hospital since 6:00est Friday. He was diagnosed with double pnumonia(sp?) and sepsis. They have him in induced sleep for the moment. As of yesterday his breathing tube was removed and he's breathing normal air under his own power. The doctors think he'll make a full recovery. That's certainly a blessing. They still don't know what bacteria caused the sickness since all of the cultures are coming back negative (meaning no bacteria is growing). It's my fervent prayer now that he won't relapse simply because they aren't targeting the specific thing he has instead of giving general antibiotics. The doctors are confident in his improving condition.
Needless to say because of this, my life has been a glorious stressball up until now. Worry has consumed me to a point where I was unable to go to work for an entire day. I'm doing fine now that he's doing fine. I just wanted everyone to know about it so that they can pray for his complete recovery. He's on the right track, but I'm still not going to be happy until he's out of that hospital bed.

| Honestly, I'm surprised I even know how to use this blogupdateymajiger. It's been so long since I bothered. Of course, I've been like a ninja; always watching, waiting, perhaps showing up long enough to slit a throat or tendon. Other than that however, I realized lately that I don't really let people who aren't at my local starbucks know what's going on in my life. I don't have any fascinating stories like Dan1, I'm not very opinionated (in a good way) like Aaron. All in all, I've left people that I really want to keep up with fall to the wayside. I'm sure the excuse could be made that I'm busy being married and don't have the time to write a blogdiggity. That's untrue. I have ample opportunities I just don't use them. With my wife still asleep, I will now devote some time to updating.
I"m sure everyone who is paying attention will have now realized I'm married. It was an amazing ceremony that felt like one big party. My wife is extremely beautiful, so I think I'll share a photo from the wedding with you: The ugly one on the right is me. The blob to the left is hair. Amy is front and center. Amy has more photos on her myspace page. Of course, you can only see them if you have a myspace account. Thems the breaks.
I'm still looking for an industry job. My current job is teaching afterschool programs to ages 8-14. The classes include Animation, Video Game Design, Robotics, and Engineering. It may sound like loads of fun, and at times it is. The pay is good ($20/hr) but there aren't enough hours. I get about 2-3 hours a day. Amy and I with both our jobs are just squeeking by each month. It's a tough life, but I wouldn't have chosen anything else.
Hopefully I'll be heading up to Arkansas the week after this saturday for OD and Mel's reception. I'm so proud of them.
I'm going to leave you now, with a half-promise to be more forthcoming with updates and howdedoos. I leave you with this:

| Wow. So...
You know, this is like having a conversation with someone you haven't seen in awhile. Where does one start?
I'm still alive.
Congrats to Mr OD and Mrs OD! Sorry I missed it, but you know how it is. no $$ = no...everything.
I'm going to be finishing school in a few more months, I'll be married in a few more months, and I have no idea what's next. Hopefully life won't throw me many more curve balls. Oh, to anyone living in the Cali area... can I have a job? I'm a Maya generalist, and really really ridiculously good-looking with a bangin' fiance! I have got to get out of Georgia. This place bores me.
